No passenger assist
Train station was closed at Croy on Easter Sunday . Why offer passenger assist when the train station is closed and no one available to help me?
The train station opened at 8 minutes past 9 and my train was leaving at 9. 11 minutes. I had to struggle myself and use the lift to cross the bridge trying to use my walking and trying to push a heavy case (luggage) across to the other platform. What kind of service do you call this.
I'm very annoyed and was physically exhausted after my extreme effort. I do value passenger assist, fortunately, the rest of my journey to Wakefield was good.
Hopefully, I will never experience this situation again. Croy Station needs to be notified regarding this unacceptable problem to make sure this never happens again.

My delivery got mislaid by The post office.
Passenger gave me an immediate refund. And a replacement was sent, free postage for next day and Im receiving it today on Christmas Eve. Fantastic.

Complaint re lack of responses and undelivered item
I am waiting for a reply. I have sent numerous emails.
PASSENGER took payment and the item has never arrived. I am clearly being ignored which is very upsetting as I have been a good customer.

My return code failed
Passenger got it all sorted thank you and my parcel has now been returned. They candy original code which ment I could start the process again

a little too much AI enthusiasm on their help line led to me having to dig for the response I wanted from the helpline which is hard to access as it is defended by -'AI have we answered your question feedback loop.'
